Mona Group are a multi-discipline engineering company offering a broad range of specialist services for a range of industry sectors.
Mona Group (as Mona Lifting) was founded in 2005 by Steven Jones, Robin Evans and Anita Davies; who together bought over 60 years of engineering and industry experience to the new company.
From our roots in lifting gear ,we have steadily expanded and now provide a comprehensive range of lifting, crane, engineering and industrial blast cleaning and coating services across a wide range of sectors, from nuclear and renewables to infrastructure, marine, rail & transport, manufacturing and water treatment.
From small beginnings we now occupy a purpose-built 17,000 square foot facility in Llangefni, Anglesey (Ynys Môn in Welsh) and employ 50 full time staff.
Our success is based on our values and sound principles of quality service, quality products and safety; and our ability to find practical and affordable solutions to difficult engineering problems.
Our ethos is on to build our business steadily and sustainably, supporting our personnel and ensuring the highest standards of quality, service and health and safety are met. Since we established in 2005 we have passed many important milestones and delivered numerous complex and innovative solutions to our clients. Here are some highlights of our story to date:
