Fabrication and engineering

We can design, fabricate and install all manner of pipework, valves, tanks, pressure vessels and ducting used in the actual production process, as well as the support frameworks, access platforms, racking and storage systems required as part of the wider plant infrastructure. We provide an end-to-end service, from 2D / 3D design and modelling through to specialist welding, fabrication, installation and routine inspection.

Food manufacturers often require the day-to-day handling of bulky and heavy ingredients and finished product. At Mona Group we have considerable experience in lifting and handling, and have provided cranes, both overhead travelling and fixed, as well as lifting beams, gantries, platforms, walkways and equipment to meet the complex requirements of large-scale food production.
