Our roots are in North Wales, and we are proud to be able to offer skilled employment within our community, whilst offering our full range of services across the whole of the United Kingdom and beyond.
Mona Group believe that a successful company should put something back into the community that has fostered it, and we support a number of sports and community groups in Gwynedd and Anglesey, including:
We make a point of always working with local suppliers where possible for merchandise and PPE.
Mona Group work closely with Bangor University and Grŵp Llandrillo Menai where we are actively involved in education and apprenticeship schemes; and we are always willing to take on work experience students. Mona Group currently employ 50 members of staff, 15 of which started out as an apprentice, and they are still developing within the business today.
We invest heavily in the ongoing training of our personnel, constantly evolving our training as our company expands and diversifies.
